Bailey has experience in Account Management and Marketing Administration. He is skilled in Customer Relations, Communication, and finds fulfillment in ensuring the success of your mailing from start to finish. He’s a strong support professional with a Bachelors degree focused in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Liberty University. Bailey will strive to meet your deadlines and keep your project on track!
Cathy has a background in graphic design and print production, but her specialty is customer service. Along with her professionalism and organizational skills, she has more than 30 years of customer service and direct mail expertise. She enjoys building relationships and is able to anticipate challenges to simplify your direct mail processes.
Nathan Camera comes all the way from San Diego, CA and has been living in Virginia for about eight years now. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor in Business Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design. Though young, he has many years of customer service experience that allows him to provide exceptional quality service and peace of mind for all of his clients.
Paul has 15 years experience in direct mail, including more than 10 years of customer service knowledge and experience. With a keen eye for detail, Paul finds the rapid pace and challenges of the direct mail industry very rewarding as he seeks to meet your every need.
Jeff Ray came to RST with over 30 years of direct mail experience. Most of that time has been in the area of Data Services, but he has played key roles throughout the direct mail process. He enjoys building connections with others, whether it be with customers, vendors, or others on the production team.
Cody Sargent joined the RST team February 15th. Before coming to Virginia, Cody worked for Word of Life Fellowship in Schroon Lake, NY as a project manager and specialized in customer experience for the retreat center. His desire and goal is to bring genuine customer care to his clients by facilitating the best customer experience, and by ensuring the highest quality standards, including making sure deadlines are always met.
